🍳 More than a kitchen. It’s a pathway to possibility.

At Dancing with the Pueblo Starz, Nikki Chartier shared the vision behind the kitchen renovations at PDI, and why this project means so much to the people we serve.

A new kitchen can create opportunities to learn everyday skills, from preparing meals and cooking independently to developing the hands-on experience needed for industrial cooking and future employment.

What you see today is just the beginning. What we envision for the future is a space where people can learn, grow, gain confidence, and build skills that can open doors to meaningful careers.

🐴 A day at the Exceptional Rodeo! 🤠

There’s nothing quite like seeing the smiles, excitement, and sense of accomplishment that come from getting to experience the rodeo firsthand. The Exceptional Rodeo gave the people we serve an opportunity to get out there, try something new, make memories, and most importantly.... have a whole lot of fun!

We’re grateful for everyone who helped make this special day possible and for a community that continues to show up and create opportunities for people of all abilities. ❤️

PDI's very own... Sarah & Johnny!!!! They didn’t just light up the dance floor... they won the "PEOPLE’S CHOICE" award as the couple who raised the most money for Pueblo Diversified Industries! ❤️

Every vote, donation, table, and supporter helped make this moment possible, and this performance was the perfect way to celebrate everything they accomplished together.

Purpose in Every Detail.

At Dancing with the Pueblo Starz, we had the opportunity to share more about the programs and partnerships that make a difference in the lives of the people we serve at PDI.

In this video, Dave talks about the AbilityOne program, and the meaningful impact it has. Creating opportunities for people with diverse abilities while providing purposeful work, greater independence, and a chance to contribute to their community.

This was just one of several stories we shared throughout the evening, highlighting the people, programs, and partnerships behind the work we do every day.

And this is just the beginning. Keep watching as we share more of the stories and impact that were featured at DWTPS.

Pueblo... thank you! ❤️

With so much happening across our community this year, we never take it for granted when you choose to show up for PDI.

And this past week, you showed up in a BIG way.

You danced with us. You celebrated with us. You laughed with us. And, most importantly, you reminded us just how special this community truly is.

Seeing so many people come together for Dancing with the Pueblo Starz was genuinely humbling. Every person who bought a ticket, sponsored the event, stepped onto the dance floor, cheered from the crowd, or simply showed up made a difference.

Thank you for continuing to show up for PDI. Thank you for believing in what we do. And thank you for making this community what it is.
