You don’t get to choose the setback. You get to choose what happens after it. It’s been a heavy few weeks in the rodeo world. The headlines have been hard to read, and harder to live for the athletes, families, and communities at the center of them.

Setbacks in this sport don’t always look the same: an injury, or loss that changes the shape of everything around it.

But the choice afterward is still yours. To do the work. Lean into the people around you. To show up for the version of yourself that’s still there, even when it’s hard to see. To seek support when needed and to trust that what comes next will come, bigger and brighter.

And to remember that nobody walks this alone.

Great coaches build great programs, but they rarely do it alone.

That’s why WSF’s Coaches Summit, presented by CINCH, is built around the power of peer-to-peer conversation and shared experience.

Join fellow coaches and assistant coaches for a free, round robin style summit focused on:
* Team Culture
* Athlete Support and Wellbeing
* Rodeo Event Production
* Booster and Donor Engagement

Come connect, share ideas and be a part of this conversation. RSVP link in bio.

Rodeo athletes know something about grit & sacrifice. But it doesn’t compare to the sacrifices made by the men and women who serve our country, and the families who stand beside them.

Today is for them.

We pause in honor, gratitude and reverence for those who gave their lives in service of our country.

We thank you, today and everyday. 🇺🇸

There’s a particular kind of weight that comes with a goal that didn’t hit when you thought it would.

The weight is real. But it’s not the verdict.

Resilience isn’t pretending the miss didn’t matter. It’s taking what it taught you and setting the next goal with sharper eyes. The dream isn’t gone, just the timeline has changed.

Keep going! 💪🏻🤎

Champions showed up in more ways than one yesterday.

From the arena to the golf course, the western community came together to raise an incredible amount of support for Rodeo athletes and the work WSF is doing.

Grateful to PBR, Outlaw Partners, the Crescent Hotel and Bluejack Ranch for helping bring this tournament to life, and for every partner, player and friend who showed up, gave back, and made the day what it was.

Behind every rodeo athlete is someone who believes in them first. A mom. A grandma. An aunt. A mentor. A woman who showed up with love, sacrifice and unwavering support long before the buckles and victories.

Today we celebrate the women who help raise cowboys and cowgirls. The western community is stronger because of you. 🤎
