🇺🇸 Memorial Day Gym Update 🇺🇸

V7 will be CLOSED on Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day.

We honor and remember all those who have served and sacrificed for our country. Wishing everyone a safe holiday spent with family and friends.

Normal class schedule will resume Tuesday, May 26th. See you back on the mats! 👊

We're excited for some Combat Jiu Jitsu tonight! 🔥🥋

For white belts with 3 stripes and above, bring your MMA gloves and mix some controlled striking into your rolls — or stick with regular No Gi rounds if you prefer. Great way to sharpen timing, pressure, and realism in your game.

Incredible night on the mats last evening! 🔥

We’re loving the consistency and effort everyone is bringing in—this is how progress happens. You can see it in the details… sharper takedowns, tighter technique, and everyone leveling up their BJJ game every single class.

A big highlight of the night was seeing so many of our teammates earn stripes and take that next step toward their next belt. Well deserved and hard earned! 👊

This is what it’s all about—growing together, pushing each other, and building a strong team.

And of course… we had to finish it off with a little BJJ tradition 😏
The gauntlet was in full effect for everyone who got promoted!
