After a beautifully layered week in the salon, blessed beyond measure by the remarkable people who fill it, I faced challenges, navigated the unexpected, and overcame moments that demanded strength and focus.

Now, stepping into the waiting area, the lights are soft, the space calm, and a quiet peace settles over me. In this stillness, I remember my why, the purpose and passion that carry me forward.

Nearly two months into owning Identity Salon and Spa in downtown Pullman. I’ve realized how much courage it takes to follow a dream, and how much heart it takes to keep showing up for it. This journey has stretched me, humbled me, and reminded me daily that community, connection, and kindness are at the center of everything I want this space to be.

This hasn’t been an easy road. There were challenges, delays, and moments that tested me deeply. But every obstacle only strengthened my commitment to creating a warm, welcoming place where you can walk in, take a deep breath, and feel cared for, where your mind can slow down, your body can relax, and where stylists and other services are supported, valued, and able to truly thrive.

I am so grateful for the downtown Pullman business community and the fellow salon owners who have wrapped me in encouragement.

A special thank you to my dear friend and owner of Honeycomb for reminding me to always “ REMEMBER THE WHY” And to my friends and family, thank you for holding me up on the days I felt tired, uncertain, or overwhelmed. Your love and support are woven into every part of this space.

This is only the beginning, and I am so excited to continue growing, creating, and sharing what’s to come with all of you. Thank you for being here, for supporting local, and for being part of this journey 🤍✨
