Some clients would rather do privates, some stick to group classes, some do BOTH, and others who are new to Pilates come in for a couple privates lessons to learn the fundamentals before jumping into a group class.

We have VERY limited availability at the studio, so now is the time to get started.

Once our clients try their first class, they are hooked! 💪🏽

Private lessons give you ALL the attention, and our expert instructors will create a fully customized program based on your needs and goals. Privates are also the best option for those with injuries, chronic conditions, post op, AND we have 2 instructors that work with neurological conditions!
