Through Healing Yoga, Elana Master seeks to guide her clients in cultivating the healing power within themselves through individualized chakra informed yoga breathwork, movement, and meditation. She is passionate about helping you feel better, to connect with your highest self, and feel balanced, energized, grounded and restored. ealing Yoga with Elana started when Elana became chronically ill and was searching for every healing modality she could try. Though Western medicine has great benefit, Elana found herself leaning more deeply into her yoga and meditation practice, with help from her Energy Healer who taught her more about the chakras and sound healing. Elana now offers the guidance she received fused with the knowledge she has developed over 20 years of practice to create Healing Yoga with Elana, where clients receive individualized chakra informed yoga practices to address their specific needs. Through breathwork, movement, and meditation, Elana works with her clients to open the healing possibilities that have been locked inside you. It is my passion to help others see what I couldn’t see from a dark place. I am a guide for as many people as possible on their healing journey. When I can show up as my best, everyone around me can benefit, from my family, to the people I work with, to my community at large. The practices that I share with my clients are the same practices that I work on everyday on my own healing journey. I would love to guide you through practices that will help you journey closer to your best self too, so you can show up balanced for the people in your life. Through our own healing, we are able to see the connection we have with all others, and increase our compassion and capability for empathy and understanding. Are you a peacekeeper? This is a beautiful quality don’t get me wrong. I love being a peacekeeper, and I know that it benefits, not only myself and my sanity, but that of the people around me too. Here is the thing, many of the qualities that we have, were created in childhood as a manner of protection as a manner of dealing with whatever was going on with us at that time. Sometimes being a peace keeper can also have its drawbacks. I.e. Someone has wronged me and I don’t speak up or maybe I do speak up initially and then draw back in saying “oh it’s OK,” or even apologizing for making it a big deal, to keep the peace. I am avoiding the discomfort of the confrontation. I am teaching the other person that what they’ve done is allowed even though for me it’s not, but I just prefer peace. An imbalance grows and I stay stuck.
