This one's gonna be a good one!

Join me at the end of June, for my very first retreat centered around menstrual education, bringing that focus into a deeply grounded yoga practice, and ending in herbal creation and connection with one another. This one is close to my heart, as it's a culmination of years of my study, personal experience, space holding, and passion for all of these things blended into a half day retreat experience!

I anticipate this being a starting point to many more events similar to this one ✨❤️‍🔥✨

I can't believe it's almost March! And we are still in the depths of deep snow & cold ❄️🌬️

Despite the feel of deep winter.. with these next few months, I feel an excitement for the budding energy of promise and forward motion. Do you feel it too?
