I’ve challenged myself recently & have been monitoring my surroundings with friends, family, & work colleagues.
What I’ve found is the consistent truth that reveals where the hearts & minds of people who love gossip are rooted.

Hearing private conversations circulating & someone else’s secrets revealed by their own “friend” can really strike a chord with me & I have learned to use discretion when certain people are in my radius.

Proverbs chapter 20, verses 17-19 shares God’s wisdom & tells us:

“17 Bread of deceit is sweet to a man; but afterwards his mouth shall be filled with gravel.

18 Every purpose is established by counsel: and with good advice make war.

19 He that goeth about as a talebearer revealeth secrets: therefore meddle not with him that flattereth with his lips.“

🫠P. T. REFORMATTING my 💸

Zoning in on strengthening & lengthening my spine & bringing symmetry to my ribs, hips, legs, & feet; all while activating shoulder mobility & intentionally being pain free.

Feeling super grateful for the work I’ve been putting in these last few years to get my fascia & nervous system in alignment with my muscle & bone development.
Healing my brain from my head injury was also a major factor in becoming hyper aware of how out of sync I grew into while aging my shell.
