Gratitude post! No perfect soundtrack needed. Just the sounds of nature, a little sunshine, and a bee making sure I stayed present. 🐝

I came across three deer who didn’t seem too bothered by my presence. They watched me, I watched them, and for a few moments there was nowhere else to be 🍁🦌

Last night:
We slowed down, softened, and gave the body permission to let go.

Our Breathwork session was all about relaxing the body.

Thank you to everyone who shared the space with me. ✨

Your body doesn’t need you to constantly push, accomplish, and keep moving.

It does however need a regular pause.
A moment to simply be.

This is your reminder to slow down today.

I love seeing Puyallup make space for more wellness, mindfulness, movement, and opportunities to simply slow down.

There’s something powerful about normalizing the idea that taking time for yourself isn’t selfish or something you have to “earn.” It’s part of taking care of ourselves and our community.

So grateful to be a small part of this growing wellness movement right here in Puyallup. 🌿✨

Here’s to creating more space to breathe, reconnect, and simply be.

Healing isn’t always loud.

Sometimes it looks like slowing down long enough to notice what’s already changing within you.

At Uncoiled Heart, we create space to reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and remember the wisdom you’ve carried all along.

✨ Sometimes healing is less about fixing… and more about witnessing.

Dentistry taught me that healing isn’t just physical.

I’ve watched people hold their breath when they’re afraid. I’ve seen shoulders tense, jaws clench, and nervous systems stay stuck in survival mode long after the immediate threat is gone.

What started as a career helping people care for their oral environment eventually opened my eyes to something much bigger: the body remembers.

The same body that holds tension can learn to release it.
The same nervous system that stays on high alert can learn safety.
The same person who feels disconnected can reconnect with themselves.

That’s one of the reasons I was drawn to Breathwork. It can bridge the gap between what we know intellectually and what our bodies are still carrying.

I’d love to hear what your own profession or life experiences have taught you about healing. 💜🐍
