Had to share...Do not spend $50 on running shorts! I used to be a running shorts snob but no longer... I had a coupon for Old Navy so I grabbed these then ordered 2 more! 19.99 minus 20% (code "extra" online!) Liner, lightweight, 1 pocket on the right side. True to size. I wear a small at 5'2 120lbs.

Goodness, I found out I have high cholesterol! Geeze, when you do a lot right but your ❤️ of pastries and chips a couple times a week catches up as well as dna...uughhhh. Been pretty stagnant with grief 💔 and some depression but today is good with a run, my vitamins (and wellbutrin) trying vegan collagen too. I got this cookbook in Vermont and tried the overnight oats this morning- oh my gosh!! Delish. The difference is the grated apple. 275 calories (1svg) but I'll eat half of my jar with some blueberries 🫐 then the rest later for a snack. Recipe posted in photos. Can't wait to try more recipes 😋 hope you feel good today. Exercise does help. 💕 how are you doing today?
