When is the appropriate time for clients to plan their PMU brow enhancement treatment when they are treated with Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau?β£

Here is what you need to know:β£

Neuromodulators are wrinkle-relaxing injections of botulinum toxin β commercially known as Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau that treat wrinkles, frown lines, and crow's feet. They work by blocking signals from the neurons to the muscles. The injected muscle can't contract, which in turn softens wrinkles in the treated area. The timeline of these treatments is temporary, as illustrated in the chart above. β£

The time to plan your PMU procedures would be either before you receive Neuromodulators treatment or six to eight weeks after cosmetic injections. β£

The six to eight week time period is ideal because the medicinal effect of Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau is realized. Yet, a slight return of muscle movement results in the naturally relaxed Frontalis muscle and better positioning of eyebrows. β£
