Tried a new local spot today and it delivered. I originally went in for the Perfect Peach Energy smoothie, but they were sold out โ€” and honestly, that turned out to be a win.

Just finished a burger and fries at Smashburger for the first time in probably over a year.

The burger itself? Absolutely phenomenal. ๐Ÿ”

But what stood out to me most was how clearly I could taste the oil in the fries and tater tots.

Not from a place of judgment.
Not food paranoia.

Once you spend enough time becoming intentional with what you consume, your body starts giving clearer feedback.
