If you’ve been around essential oils for a while, you may have heard of the classic F.L.O.O.T. roller.

The name comes from the five oils in the blend:
Frankincense
Lemon
On Guard
Oregano
Tea Tree

To make it, add 10 drops of each oil to a 10 mL roller bottle, then fill the remainder with the carrier oil of your choice.
Apply to the bottoms of the feet daily during the colder months, and use as needed when you start feeling like your body could use a little extra seasonal support.

It’s a simple blend to keep mixed and ready to go throughout fall and winter.

Before you toss an empty essential oil or supplement bottle, see if you can give it a second life.

One easy way to use up those last traces of essential oil is to place your empty bottles in a jar filled with Epsom salts. Let them sit, then add 1 cup of the infused Epsom salt to a warm bath.
