This is how I have been feeling after my recent Reiki Shoden and Okuden classes. In a span of weeks, 30 practitioners were attuned to Level 1 and / or Level 2.
That's a lot of energy work!
I seem to be misplacing things right in front of me and dropping things. My balance is adjusting, so I've been tripping over my own feet a lot!

This tiny starfish resides on the SUNY Adirondack campus. I often visited this tank as a full-time employee. Now, my visits are less frequent. Yesterday, I needed a moment of stillness, and this was exactly the space to 'practice the pause' before class.
