If you can block out those who judge you and hate on you and can keep on being you and doing what you love eventually the people who respect who you are and the energy that you carry will find you. Don’t let the dark energy of others infiltrate your space and control who you are. Light attracts light. So let your light shine the brightest blocking out the dark. Close your eyes and set a shield around yourself blocking those whose might tear you down with their hate, spite and judgement. Imagine the brightest of lights encasing you in love and peace allowing you to be exactly who you were meant to be. Carry that with you as your shield and guide in finding likewise energy. The dark can’t get in unless you allow it. So don’t. Don’t go to it and don’t allow it in. You are powerful and have the ability to block it all out, taking its power to affect you away. Love and respect yourself and those who love and respect you will find you and stay close, building up that beautiful protective shield you have created.

Choose wisely. If you Listen carefully and observe, the universe very often sends you exactly who needs to be in your life at any given moment either because you need them or they need you or both. We all have something to give to each other. However, it goes both ways in a relationship. If it isn’t, then it’s time to let those people go.

When you realize just how truly we are all connected, you will begin to understand that how and what you think, your actions your emotions…..your every being has an affect out there in the world. If we only all tried to walk in the light, there would be no darkness and all of the beautiful colors that we cannot see would suddenly appear. Love and peace would be so abundant that there would be no room for hate or violence. They simply would no longer exist…..Every day when you wake up, before getting out of bed recite the following known as the Reiki Gokai/5 principles (the Japanese method for inviting happiness into one’s life and therefore others lives)

Just for today, I will not be angry
Just for today, I will not worry
Just for today, I will be grateful
Just for today, I will do my work honestly/diligently
Just for today, I will be kind to every living thing. I will do no harm.

Say this 3 times before rising out of bed. You will be amazed how much you will begin to feel lifted and free from all of the things of the physical world that tie you down.
