Choose wisely. If you Listen carefully and observe, the universe very often sends you exactly who needs to be in your life at any given moment either because you need them or they need you or both. We all have something to give to each other. However, it goes both ways in a relationship. If it isn’t, then it’s time to let those people go.

When you realize just how truly we are all connected, you will begin to understand that how and what you think, your actions your emotions…..your every being has an affect out there in the world. If we only all tried to walk in the light, there would be no darkness and all of the beautiful colors that we cannot see would suddenly appear. Love and peace would be so abundant that there would be no room for hate or violence. They simply would no longer exist…..Every day when you wake up, before getting out of bed recite the following known as the Reiki Gokai/5 principles (the Japanese method for inviting happiness into one’s life and therefore others lives)

Just for today, I will not be angry
Just for today, I will not worry
Just for today, I will be grateful
Just for today, I will do my work honestly/diligently
Just for today, I will be kind to every living thing. I will do no harm.

Say this 3 times before rising out of bed. You will be amazed how much you will begin to feel lifted and free from all of the things of the physical world that tie you down.

With permission of a client, I very often use both reiki and prayer during a session as they are both energetic means of healing and connection. When used in combination they create a powerful bond strengthening one’s healing journey. They can soar above and beyond mountains, reaching anywhere the mind sets forth. Of course, the intention and heart put into a healing journey is everything and without pure intention, without pure heart reiki, prayer mean nothing. You must put in the heart and have pure intentions to build the road that will pave the way for them in their journey.

“Imagine being so consumed by hatred that you cannot perceive joy, simply because it is expressed in another language.” You don’t need a translation to appreciate opera or Shakespeare; the emotional display, physical movements, and inflections of the spoken words allow one to decipher and understand the narrative. If you possess empathy and a basic human ability to read social cues, you will be more than capable to follow along. You’ll survive…….. You could also just love and enjoy life. That’s easy too.ge

Say this 3x every morning before you get out of bed and 3x every night before you close your eyes. In time, the words become more than just words. They become intentions. They become beliefs. They begjn to take shape and become reality, your reality. Peace will move in pushing the chaos out. It’s a beautiful feeling to finally let go and just be.
