Mothers are not only strong but they are strong and capable. I feel sometimes we just need someone to help find that inner strength and confidence.

There are times when new mothers feel overwhelmed and then question their own abilities. With so much new information that is given to a sleep-deprived mother, it can make you feel even more confused. What works for one family doesn't mean that will be what works for yours. I can help you develop and implement a game plan that fits your families needs and your new life. Mothers are strong and I am always honored to be able to work with them and be part of the process.

Life has been so beautiful and full of changes in the last year.
I have been writing more books, developing more state-certified training content for daycares, nannies & HR teams, and building deeper resources for families and those who walk alongside them.

What I haven't done enough of is pause to say thank you.

When I started this, I had one simple hope and mission that maybe, just maybe, I could make a difference for even one person. As a nurse and a business owner, every resource I've ever created has been poured out with that same intention.

The honor of reaching so many of you over the years has honestly changed me.

To every family, every caregiver, every professional who has trusted my work, thank you.
We are just getting started. 💕

Somebody I see every week told me,
“I hate Mondays. Every single one.”
I sat with that for a second.
Because I get it we all have hard days. Hard seasons. Moments where everything feels heavy.
But every Monday? Before it even starts?
That got to me.
So I did something small this week. I grabbed a few cups that say “You are appreciated” and handed them out to some of the women I see every day.
I wrote a thank you card and handed them out.
Because true appreciation doesn’t care about job titles. Kindness isn’t just for certain people. And respect has nothing to do with what position you hold.
The woman cleaning the building gets the same respect and kindness from me as the woman running it. We’re all human. We’re all showing up. We’re all carrying something nobody else can see.
Sometimes one small thing a thank you note, a cup, a smile, a “hey, I see you” is enough to change the whole feel of someone’s day.
So this week, I’m challenging you to do the same
Give someone a little grace. Say something that builds up instead of tears down. Remind somebody they matter especially on a Monday.
It’s a great day to have a great day. On purpose. 💛

To the women who straighten another woman’s crown without ever telling her it was crooked thank you. Those moments of encouragement, support, and belief can change everything.

I’m so grateful for the incredible women who have been part of my journey whether it was for a moment, a season, or a lifetime. Each one has taught me something, lifted me up, or reminded me of the power we hold when we support one another.

As a woman, a nurse, a mother raising a young daughter, and someone building businesses with a mission to help others, I don’t take that lightly. I’m proud to be part of a generation of women continuing to push forward, open doors, and break glass ceilings.
