The hardest part of working in healthcare isn't just the shift—it's not taking the job home with you. For our nursing and mental health teams, the emotional load can be heavy.

Today, we are talking about Decompression Rituals. A ritual is a deliberate action that signals to your brain: "Work is done."

What’s your decompression ritual? Do you:

🚗 Change your clothes/shower as soon as you get home?
🎵 Have a specific playlist for the drive home?
🚭 Practice a "worry drop" where you visualize leaving shift worries at the hospital door?
🧘 Do 10 minutes of stretching before interacting with family
