☀️ It's National Don't Fry Day! What does that mean? ☀️
The Friday before Memorial Day has been designated by the National Council on Skin Cancer Prevention as “Don’t Fry Day” to encourage sun safety awareness and to remind everyone to protect their skin while enjoying the outdoors.
TIPS: Look for broad spectrum (UVA & UVB) water-resistant sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or greater. Check for active ingredients, in concentrations of 6% or greater. Apply generously! Don't forget those easy-to-miss areas like ears & feet. Wear sun-protective clothing, like sunglasses and a wide brim hat.
