Night Shift Position at QAA – 1 week on, 2 weeks off – Full time Pay!

• 7 nights - 7 pm to 7 am – 14 days off!
• Full-time salary and benefits - $300,000 - 1099. ($17,560 weekly)
• Additional Shift work available as desired.
• Position is open due to increases in trauma and OB deliveries.
• QAA and Blessing Hospital have enjoyed a 50-year relationship.

Dr. Roy Doerhoff is a tremendous asset to our group. Dr. Doerhoff joined QAA mid - career after he was the Chief of Anesthesia at a hospital in the St. Louis area. Quincy Anesthesia Associates is pleased to announce an updated compensation package for our CRNAs. Our new structure offers a combined salary and deferred compensation approaching $400,000, along with 8 weeks of vacation. When including benefits, our total compensation package is valued at approximately $430,000. We would also be open to negotiating a signing bonus and/or tuition reimbursement.

We provide a $3,500 annual HSA contribution, paid malpractice coverage, and additional paid benefits such as relocation assistance, annual dues, and CME expenses. Our CRNAs average 35 working hours per week—including call—with a 44‑week annual work requirement. This equates to an hourly rate just over $244.
