Texas has officially reached scorching heat levels! 🥵🔥
Thankfully, the horses here have been staying cool, or in some cases 35° salt spa cool. 🥶 Between the salt spa, Aquatred, PEMF, bodywork, and the rest of their wellness routine, they're beating the heat while staying fit, comfortable, and feeling their best.

Summer temperatures can be tough on our equine athletes, making low-impact exercise modalities like the AquaTred a great addition to their routine.

Stay cool out there, and don't forget to give your horses a little extra TLC this summer! ☀️🐴💙

With so many new faces here over the past year, we wanted to bring back one of our favorite Fourth of July videos.

Here's to the horses that give us their all, the sport we love, and the freedom we're so grateful for. Wishing everyone a safe, happy, and blessed Independence Day filled with family, friends, and unforgettable memories. And if you're spending the day at a rodeo, we wish you safe travels, fast runs, and the best of luck.

POV: A day in the life at Caliber Equine. 🤍

Every horse's day looks a little different, but the goal is always the same – helping them move better, feel better, and perform at their best.
The mornings start with a stretch in the free flow walker before moving into the AquaTread for low-impact conditioning. Some spend time in the Salt Spa to support recovery, while others enjoy the TheraPlate, PEMF, or bodywork to release tension and keep their bodies functioning at their best.
In between? You'll find plenty of naps, baths, snack breaks, and a few goofy moments that remind us they're horses first. 🐴
Whether they're here for rehabilitation, maintenance, conditioning, or a little extra TLC before heading down the road, every horse gets an individualized program designed around their needs.

This is what a week at Caliber Equine looks like, and we wouldn't have it any other way. 💙

This gelding came in simply needing a reset - time to rebuild, rebalance, and develop muscle that supports long-term performance.

Over the course of 30 days, our focus stayed consistent:
• Building topline and hind-end strength
• Encouraging correct movement and body engagement
• Countering increased work with therapies so the benefits of our exercises are maintained over time

Using the aquatread alongside targeted therapies, we’re able to work horses in a way that strengthens without excessive strain, which is especially important when they’re coming back into a program or adjusting to a new routine.

By day 30 you can see a noticeable difference in muscle development, overall condition, and how he carries himself. A stronger topline, more definition through the hindquarters, and a body that’s working more efficiently as a whole.

Overall, this gelding is a great reflection of what a consistent program of building strength, balance, and correct movement can do for your athletes. We’re so excited to see this team out on the road soon!
