For all my friends that are having trouble sleeping...
In this post, I share my personal journey with sleep and the simple, realistic changes that have helped me rest more consistently.
Drawing from Ayurveda, I began shifting a few key habits: eating earlier in the evening to support digestion before bed, creating more consistent sleep and wake times to establish rhythm, and including daily movement to help my body release built-up energy.
