✨ What a beautiful afternoon at The Institute of Light! ✨❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜

A heartfelt thank you to Cheryl and her daughter Jennifer for sharing such a unique and uplifting experience with our community. Cheryl guided us through a powerful Chakra Dance journey, helping everyone move energy, connect with themselves, and raise their vibration in a joyful and supportive space.

We were also delighted by Jennifer’s incredible Fresh Vibe Juice creations! 🌈 Each cold-pressed juice was thoughtfully crafted to correspond with one of the seven chakras, giving participants a delicious way to nourish their bodies while supporting their energetic journey. The vibrant colors, flavors, and intention behind each juice made the experience even more special.

We are especially grateful to everyone who attended. It was wonderful to welcome so many new faces to the studio and share the energy of The Institute of Light with a whole new community. Seeing the room filled with connection, movement, laughter, and healing reminds us why we love what we do.

Thank you all for making today so memorable. We are already looking forward to bringing Cheryl’s Chakra Dance and Jennifer’s Fresh Vibe Juice experience back again in the future! 💜✨🌈

Tonight's Spirit Box Class with Shari from Serendipitous Sips & Wellness was truly beautiful. It felt so good to connect with such amazing women and share this experience together. Thank you, Shari, for bringing us all together!

Thank you to all the beautiful souls who joined us for the Reiki Circle today. We were truly overwhelmed by the generosity of our community and the incredible love that filled the space.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated in support of beautiful Angelique. Her presence was deeply felt in our circle, and thanks to your kindness, we raised more than we ever could have imagined.
This would not have been possible without each and every one of you who showed up and shared your light. Please know how profoundly grateful we are for your continued love and support.

Feeling very honored and grateful to have offered a sound bath for the incredible team at Medical Support Services / Tender Touch, who dedicate their lives to supporting pediatric children with disabilities. 💛

The healers and caregivers need healing too, and it was such a beautiful experience to hold space for the people who spend so much time caring for others.

I truly hope this is the beginning of more collaboration in the future — both with their wonderful staff and possibly the families and children they serve as well. ✨ So much gratitude for this experience.
