Cedar & Stone Forest Therapy

Cedar & Stone Forest Therapy Forest therapy for stress relief, clarity, and reconnection. Breathe. Anchor. Restore.

Offering walks, retreats, and accessible indoor nature sessions in SE Wisconsin for individuals, groups, and organizations. About Pam: As a certified Forest Therapy Guide, I founded Cedar & Stone with a simple belief: calm is something we can return to, not something we must chase. My work is rooted in our mission to offer a meaningful return to calm through the restorative power of nature. Drawin

g on years of experience as an educator and my coursework and practicum in forest therapy, I lead forest therapy walks, retreat experiences, and intentional practices that incorporate natural elements, helping people release stress, reconnect with their breath, and return home to themselves. When traditional wellness tools fall short, I help you tune into the ancient clarity the forest has always offered, creating space for presence, peace, and personal reconnection.

When we slow down and truly notice the living world, our nervous system begins to settle. Our breathing softens. Our minds become a little less crowded. Nature doesn't ask us to rush, and for a few moments, neither do we.

Try noticing a flower in these gentle ways:

🌼 Notice every color you can find. Look for the subtle shifts from one shade to another.

🌼 Slowly trace the lines with your finger, following each vein, curve, and petal as if you were reading a map.

🌼 Look for clues that tell you whether the flower is male, female, or both.

🌼 Notice the colors, shapes, or patterns that might be inviting pollinators to visit.

🌼 Watch quietly for bees, butterflies, beetles, or other tiny visitors nearby.

🌼 Look closely for signs of the flower's journey. Is a petal beginning to curl? Has an insect taken a tiny bite? Is there pollen dusted across its center? Every flower tells a story.

🌼 Notice how the flower meets the world. Does it lean toward the sun? Dance with the breeze? Stand sheltered beneath another plant? What might its surroundings be offering it?

Sometimes the smallest moments of attention become the biggest moments of calm.

🍃 Your invitation this weekend: Find one flower. Give it five quiet minutes. Then notice what has changed...not in the flower, but in you.

Give yourself the gift of a few unhurried hours to slow down, quiet the noise, and reconnect with what matters most.

Come on your own, or invite a friend or partner to share the experience.

Either way, you'll leave feeling a little lighter, a little calmer, and a little more like yourself.

This was my sit spot; this is the exact moment when I felt like something was coming together, something bigger than me, something I would notice in many ways yet not in any one way. Sometimes this sit spot is the only place I feel seen.
