We wrapped up our APP Week celebration last week with an award ceremony and special gathering to recognize the incredible impact our Advanced Practice Providers make every day.

Throughout the week, we celebrated the expertise, compassion and dedication our APPs bring to patients, colleagues and communities. Their commitment to expanding access to care, advancing patient outcomes and strengthening our healthcare teams continues to make a lasting difference.

At Main Line Health, career growth is more than a possibility — it's a reality. From patient care technician to assistant nurse manager, Kelsey’s journey reflects the dedication, mentorship and opportunities that help our team members thrive.

Kelsey began her career in Riddle Hospital’s emergency department as a patient care technician. Inspired by the nurses she worked alongside each day, she pursued a career in nursing and continued to grow professionally within Main Line Health.

Today, Kelsey serves as an assistant nurse manager in Riddle Hospital’s emergency department, leading the same team that inspired her to pursue a career in nursing. What makes her role especially meaningful is the teamwork, support and shared commitment to delivering exceptional care that she experiences every day.
