Meet Hayley 💙

As a patient care technician, Hayley plays a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to her patients each day. As part of the dedicated team of nurses and therapists in the Oak Unit, Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital’s stroke recovery unit, she continues to learn, grow and make a lasting impact.

This fall, Hayley is taking the next step in her healthcare career by returning to school to pursue her registered nurse (RN) degree. Through our tuition reimbursement benefit, she's able to further her education while continuing to gain hands-on experience in patient care through her rehab nursing role at Main Line Health.

From Food Service to Nurse Manager, Mike's journey is a testament to what's possible when passion meets opportunity at Riddle Hospital, part of Main Line Health.

Since joining Main Line Health in 2012, Mike has grown through multiple roles—from Food Service team member to Patient Care Technician, to bedside nurse, Assistant Nurse Manager, and now Nurse Manager of Riddle Hospital's East Wing.

Along the way, he earned three degrees with support from Main Line Health's tuition reimbursement program and guidance from mentors who encouraged him to keep growing.
