For 20+ years, being a dental hygienist has been a huge part of my identity. 🦷🤍

But I started realizing that I didn’t want my future to be completely dependent on how many hours I could physically work.

I didn’t want to quit my career.

I wanted options.

So I started learning how to build an additional stream of income online while still being an RDH, a mom, and living my very full life.

And that decision has completely shifted the way I look at my future.

This isn’t about walking away from your 9-5 or your career.

It’s about asking yourself:

“What could be possible if I stopped relying on just one source of income?”

I don’t know what it is, but SO many nurses have joined the team this week… and I just had to share. 🥹

And honestly? It makes so much sense.

Because so many of us in healthcare are moms. We love what we do, we’re proud of the work we do, and we care deeply about the people we serve…

BUT we also want a life outside of the time clock.

I’ve been watching nurses step into high-ticket affiliate marketing for all kinds of reasons.

✨ One wants to retire early and actually have the money and freedom to ENJOY retirement.

✨ One is tired of bills, car payments, and a mortgage feeling like such a heavy weight every month.

✨ One wants fewer shifts, more travel, and more time with her kids.

And then there’s Darian.

She’s still a nurse. She still has her hospital job.

But after a side-by-side accident, she’s currently physically unable to work her hospital shifts.

And life didn’t pause because she couldn’t work.

The bills still came.
The groceries still needed to be bought.
Her family still depended on her.

She never expected to need another stream of income because of something completely unexpected.

But that’s exactly why having something outside of her traditional paycheck has been such a blessing for her family.

What have I been up to lately? ☀️

Honestly… just BUSY enjoying summer. 🥹❤️

Packing for vacation. Making memories. Soaking up all the little moments with my kids and hubby. Taking ALL the pictures. 😂 And now… unpacking, getting everyone ready for the new school year, and wondering how summer went by so fast!

And through all of it, I’ve just been feeling SO grateful.

Because one of the biggest reasons I decided to build a business online was to have a little more flexibility and the opportunity to have a front-row seat to my children’s lives. ❤️

One thing I've learned from talking with hundreds of dental hygienists over the past 21 years is this:
Not every RDH wants to quit dentistry🪥
Many still love caring for patients.
Many enjoy the relationships they've built.
Many are proud of the career they've worked so hard to achieve.
What they don't love is the burnout, physical strain, lack of flexibility, and feeling like they're stuck with limited options.
That was me.
I wasn't looking to walk away from my profession-| was looking for a way to create more freedom, more flexibility, and more financial breathing room.
Today, I still have options because I chose to build something in addition to my career.
