Todas hemos pasado por eso. Llevas un día excelente, y de repente llega el bajón de la tarde... o peor aún, esas ganas de picar algo frente al refrigerador a última hora de la noche. No es hambre real, es simplemente esa necesidad de comer algo, ¿verdad?

Finalmente encontré el "interruptor" para apagar esos antojos, y ha sido la pieza clave para mantener mi progreso constante. ¡Se acabó eso de sufrir por pura fuerza de voluntad cada noche!

Omg!!

“KETO” Strawberry Pretzel dessert!!🍓

Ingredients
1 6oz boxes of sugar free strawberry gelatin
8 large strawberries sliced or 2 Cups Frozen sliced
8 oz of cream cheese softened
3/4 cup of Monkfruit Powdered sweetener
1 Container Zero Sugar Cool Whip
3 cups raw pecans chopped
1 stick of butter
3 Tsp Monkfruit Sugar

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Add the gelatin to a bowl and pour 2 cups of boiling water over top.
Whisk until the gelatin is melted add sliced berries and then set aside to cool.

Melt butter in microwave while adding pecans and 1/4 cup of Monkfruit sugar to a food processor.
Pulse until the nuts are sticky. Or you can just chop them and leave them a little chunkier as well-

Add nut mixture to melted butter and mix well. Place into a large baking dish (I used a 13 x 9) and press down to make the crust.
Bake for 15 minutes and let cool.

In the meantime using spatulaAdd Whipped cream Cheese, A dash of vanill Powered sugar and mix well until Smooth….Fold in ZERO SUGAR whipped topping until nice and creamy and fluffy. (If you are using a block of cream chees you will want to use a handmixer

Pour and smooth the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust, making sure to make a solid layer so the gelatin won't leak through.

Mix the strawberries into the gelatin and then pour over the cream cheese layer.
Refrigerate for 4 hours before eating.

Top with Cool Whip and enjoy!
