Being named an honoree means so much. Being part of this work for the past three years has been an honor!

Through my connection with Mariama and Nation of Diversity, I’ve had the privilege of contributing breathwork and nervous system support to those experiencing homelessness.

This Saturday, we’ll celebrate five women whose lives continue to unfold beyond the stories you’ll see on screen.

I would love to have you in the room. Come see the documentary premiere, celebrate these women’s strength, and help fund the support that carries this work forward.

Ticket sales close Thursday, October 8, at midnight. Please reserve your seat today and invite someone to join you.

🌻 The 5 Success Stories Documentary Gala

That documentary trend… except I’m really in one. 🎥

I am honored to be featured in an upcoming documentary highlighting my outreach work with Nation of Diversity.

While seeing this work documented is incredibly meaningful, the heart of this event is much bigger than the documentary itself.

On October 10, we will gather for The 5 Success Stories: The Documentary Gala, an evening created to help support five women as they move out of homelessness and into stable housing.

Because housing is healthcare, and every woman deserves the opportunity to build her next chapter with dignity, resources, and community surrounding her.

Join us for the documentary premiere, hear these powerful stories, and become part of what happens next.

📅 October 10
⏰ 6:00–9:00 p.m.
📍 7027 Knightdale Boulevard, Knightdale, NC
🎟️ Tickets are available through the link in my bio.

Your mind keeps going.
Your body feels tired.
And even quiet moments can feel hard to settle into.

When the brain and nervous system stay under pressure for too long, the body can begin adapting to stress as a normal way of operating.

That can feel like:
• racing thoughts
• exhaustion
• irritability
• overwhelm
• difficulty slowing down
• constantly feeling “on”

At Brain + Body Reset, we’ll explore:
✨ the brain under pressure
✨ nervous system patterns
✨ state + emotional access
✨ breath + capacity
✨ real-life integration

This is more than information.
It’s an immersive experience designed to help your brain and body reconnect with calm, clarity, and capacity.

There are so many different ways women nurture, love, support, hold, lead, protect, encourage, and care for the people around them.

Today feels like such a beautiful day to honor all of it. 💙

Happy Mother’s Day to the moms, grandmas, daughters, sisters, aunties, bonus moms, pet moms, caretakers, and all women everywhere who bring love into this world in their own unique way.

I hope today holds moments of connection, appreciation, softness, laughter, rest, and feeling deeply loved right back. 🌷

I am genuinely so excited about this collaboration with Jen Shepard. 💙

This experience was created for people wanting more clarity, steadiness and capacity.

The ones whose minds keep moving long after the day ends.

The ones holding everything together while quietly feeling stretched thin underneath it all.

The ones trying to stay present, focused, connected, productive, and steady while navigating real life pressure every single day.

That’s why we created Brain + Body Reset.

This is a guided nervous system reset experience designed to help you better understand what’s happening in your brain and body under pressure… while also experiencing how to shift your state in real time.

Jen brings the science, education, and strategy:
🧠 understanding how the brain responds under pressure
🧠 the difference between threat and safety in real time
🧠 practical tools and real-life application you can actually use beyond the workshop

And I guide the nervous system experience:
🫁 nervous system awareness + patterns
🫁 how state impacts clarity, focus, connection, and decision making
🫁 how to work with your nervous system through breath and embodiment
🫁 a full guided breathwork experience designed to move the body through

activation → release → regulation → integration

This more than just information.
It’s an experience.

You’ll leave with:
✨ practical tools
✨ reflection + integration
✨ a journal + pen to continue the work beyond the event
✨ a light dinner to take home with you and space to connect afterward
✨ and hopefully… a different relationship with your own nervous system

One of my favorite lines from this entire experience is:

“You don’t need to do more. You need your system working with you.”

That’s the work.

Helping people move from:
pressure → clarity
reactivity → steadiness
exhaustion → capacity

If life has felt a little loud lately and your mind has been moving a mile a minute… this is your invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect 💙

You can be grateful for your life and still feel overwhelmed by the pace of it.

So many people are carrying more than they were ever meant to hold alone while continuing to push through, perform, care for others, and keep moving.

Even the people who seem to be handling everything well on the outside.

Over time, the body adapts to living under that kind of constant pressure, which is why so many people struggle with sleep, stress, emotional overwhelm, tension, exhaustion, and feeling like they can never fully shut off.

Using the breath as a direct link to the nervous system, my work focuses on helping the body shift into a more calm, clear, steady, and restorative state.

A space to exhale.
A moment where nothing is being asked of you.
An opportunity to slow down without falling behind.

If your body has been asking for that lately, I’d love to have you join me at one of these upcoming experiences in the comments below 🫶
