Dear CAM Team,

We want to offer our deepest thanks for the help you gave our family during Julie’s journey with alcohol addiction. Julie began struggling at the age of 14, and for years our home was filled with fear, confusion, and a constant sense that we were trying to hold everything together with our bare hands.

When the situation reached the point where the judge said “SCRAM or jail,” we truly felt like we were on our last leg. Our attorney provided us with information about your company, and that guidance led us to you. We will never forget what it felt like when hope seemed to run out and how your support changed the direction of our lives.

My wife and honestly, both of us couldn’t help but question how an electronic device could possibly offer real hope. We were distraught, and it felt unimaginable that something so small could make a difference. But we prayed, and then Julie did something that showed us the first real spark of determination: she placed the device on her leg, trusting that this time might be different.

Yes, Julie had one bad start. But even through that, she kept going. The judge did place her in jail overnight, but later relented after she wrote a letter asking for “one more chance.” That moment mattered. It was a turning point not just legally, but emotionally for our family.

Julie wore the device for one full year. Since its removal in 2024, she has lost her desire to return to alcohol and has been sober ever since. What we hoped for, and what we prayed for, became real slowly, step by step, through the structure, accountability, and support that your program provided.

We also want to thank the CAM team for standing with families like ours when we felt overwhelmed and helpless. The equipment you provided was truly a lifesaver for a family that was so distraught. Knowing there was a path forward made all the difference.

I only wish that every person dealing with sobriety issues and every family watching helplessly from the sidelines could experience what this device and your program made possible for Julie and for us.
