About me - I’m a RYT500 certified yoga, breath work and meditation teacher, who has served the Raleigh community since 2017. My style is welcoming, supportive, with the right about of challenge (like a slow burn), and creative. I welcome all levels to my classes, so no matter where you are on your yoga journey and experience level, you will be welcomed completely.
