Have a capsular contracture from implants? If severe like this the only reliable treatment is removal of the capsule as well as replacing the implant. Of course removing and doing a lift is the other option. Once the capsule is this firm, it will NOT get better with time. This is one possibility of having an implant. There are other risks, of course, which is why a discussion with your surgeon should be on your checklist prior to deciding if implants are for you. Sometimes it is necessarily the best procedure for you and that's ok 👌. Knowledge is power.
