Meet Joe Preston, Infusion Specialist

Joe is a proud lifelong resident of North Carolina. He brings over 20 years of expertise in building strong, lasting relationships with patients and specialty pharmacy offices.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys quality time with his family, s**g dancing to beach music, and exploring the local craft beer scene.

Meet Dr Susan Lovelle, Medical Director

Susan Lovelle, MD, AFMC is a board-certified physician and former plastic surgeon with over 30 years of clinical experience. After 22 years in surgical practice, she transitioned to integrative and functional medicine and has spent the last decade helping patients improve their health through personalized, lifestyle-centered care.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Lovelle enjoys cooking big Sunday dinners for her family, reading, listening to dramatic movie soundtracks, and playing with her dogs. She also loves to travel—especially when it involves discovering new cultures and cuisines.

Meet Charlie, Co-Founder and Director

Charlie is a pharmacist who graduated from the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy in 2013. He completed post-graduate training with the UNC Community Pharmacy Residency Program. In 2015, he co-founded Realo Specialty Care Pharmacy, which provides infusion therapies for patients with complex conditions. He has credentials as a Certified Specialty Pharmacist and an Immunoglobulin Certified Pharmacist. He is dedicated to helping patients navigate the complexities of being on specialty therapies, ensuring they achieve the best experience from their healthcare.

Charlie enjoys traveling to new places, the mountains, and the beach, and playing golf.

Will is a dedicated pharmacist with over 10 years of experience in healthcare, concentrating in specialty pharmacy and infusion care with Realo Specialty Care. Driven by a passion for improving patient care and expanding access to life-changing infusion therapies, Will combines his clinical expertise and business acumen to deliver optimal outcomes for his patients.

Outside of work, Will enjoys traveling with his family, playing fetch with his dog, Trophy, and unwinding by the beach.

Meet Kristina, Nurse Practitioner 💉

Kristina is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 7 years of nursing experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Carolina University and later completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Western Carolina University.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones and her two Persian cats, Maxx and Gary. She also stays active at the gym and loves exploring new destinations through travel.
