Life throws big emotions at all of us, like anger, sadness and anxiety. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) isn’t therapy you only do at a set time and place. It’s a set of tools you can use every day to respond, not just react. At its core, DBT teaches you how to handle big emotions in healthy ways. It's practical. It’s supportive. And it empowers you with skills you can use for life.
