Tried Jocko Molk today. I got it when I was doing deliveries the other night and saw Wawa had the individuals.
Well it doesn't have a chemical after taste, but it is very chalky to me. I won't be getting this one again. I may try another flavor, but no more vanilla.

Hey Y'all. So since hurting my back in February and not moving as much as I would like, I have gained 15 lbs and am now back at the weight I was before surgery. My surgeon has left the practice, which I am actually ok with. So yesterday I saw the PA, we have a plan, I am going to start the glippy WG tablet, I will meet with a nutritionist, and fitness.
Currently just waiting for pre authorization for the meds and referrals for the rest.
Fingers crossed that this will help. 🤞🏼
