Online doesn’t mean disconnected.
Gwen booked a session to dial in her upper body ex*****on, not because she’s struggling… but because she wants to do it right.

• Identify exactly what muscle we’re targeting
• Understand what she should be feeling
• Eliminate compensation patterns
• Minimize joint discomfort
• Stop letting the wrong muscles take over
Most people don’t need more exercises.
They need better ex*****on.
When you can connect intent → position → tension → stimulus…
Progress becomes predictable.
That’s the difference between “working out” and training with purpose.
