From day one, Lee came in with a champion’s mindset and a clear mission. Some training adjustments and we were on our way!

Over the last 10 weeks, the transformation speaks for itself:
• Noticeable fat loss with sharper ab definition and a tighter waistline.

• Increased muscle density in chest, shoulders, and arms.

• Back development showing more width, detail, and taper.

She was eating here and there…
Snacking through the day…
Getting a few workouts in when life allowed.

But deep down, she knew she needed structure.
Something sustainable. Something real.

Fast forward to now👇
✅ 3 balanced meals a day
