It’s Skunk Season! Wow! I am trying a modified recipe:
2 C hydrogen Peroxide 3%
1/8 C Baking Soda
6 drops of Purify essential oil blend
1/2 T dish soap by Sprout’s
Blend in a jar; put in a small spray bottle; sprits dog and work into fur;
Give dog a milk bone and water for the next 5 minutes so he doesn’t lick; take in shower and shampoo with doTERRA Shampoo! Then towel dry him off and brush him…. Now we wait. So far just smells like wet dog in the house

Any remainder liquid in spray bottle put back in mason jar. I am going to refrigerate in case he finds another friend to chase

How did you Sleep? Do you want to improve your healing by sleeping more soundly? Do you know about Circadian Rhythm? We all have rhythm even if we can’t dance!
Tips according to the 2025 Journal of Sleep Research
~within 60 minutes of waking up get outside sunlight for 5-10 minutes
~during the day keep rooms your in well light (personally, I suggest using natural light as much as possible- open curtains)
~2-3 hours before bed time reduce lighting to “candle-like” (warm light) and preferable off phones, tablets and tv - wind-down time. Soothing music would be a good idea
~sleep time block out all the light or wear eye mask. I suggest turning off WiFi and flipping phones face down and away from you if possible. The smallest amount of light can spike your cortisol the next day and lower quality sleep.

Have you ever looked at the ingredients list on bread? What are most of those items? And are the beneficial? Today I got to buy some wheat harvested this year grown by a long-time local farmer. For $8 I got 50 #! Taking some, I sifted it, milled it, and made two loaves of bread - only 7 easily named, readily available ingredients for Honey Wheat Bread!
This is far more nutritious than store bought, and very satisfying to my heart to make for my family. What do you like to bake?
