The goal of our Compounding Pharmacy is to provide easy access to high quality compounded medications and consultation services for special patient populations. We provide prescription medications for patients in the following areas:

We support Clinical Trials at Research Centers, Hospitals and Universities. We provide active drug ingredients in specific dosages and forms for the test groups, and placebos for the control groups. Clinical Research is vital to continually improve patient outcomes. Our Compounding Pharmacy assures quality by providing medications based on the practices and protocols of USP for standard compounds and USP for sterile compounds. Our pharmacists are certified by the state, as are your physicians. They prepare the medications using USP (United States Pharmacopeia) and NF (National Formulary) ingredients. Town Country Compounding & Consultation has been performing extemporaneous compounding techniques based on physician prescriptions since 2001. We are a privately owned and operated 'Compounding Only Laboratory' located in Ramsey, New Jersey. We serve patients nationally, but focus on New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. Our confidential consulting and dispensing strategies create a unique blend of the early traditional pharmacy and integrative methodologies. Together, we and your physician, provide optimal, individualized support and services for our respective patients.

Advanced Serial TPE Consultation: What to Expect During a Therapeutic Plasma Exchange Consultation

Considering Advanced Serial Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE) and wondering what happens before treatment?

It starts with a conversation.

An Advanced Serial TPE consultation is a one-on-one discussion with an MDLifespan physician about your health history, concerns, possible environmental exposures, previous testing, and goals.

During your consultation, you may discuss:

• Your symptoms, health priorities, and health history

• Possible exposure to mold and other environmental toxins

• Previous laboratory testing, diagnoses, medications, and supplements

• How Therapeutic Plasma Exchange works

• Potential benefits, limitations, risks, and alternatives

• Whether additional testing or Advanced Serial TPE may be appropriate for you
