We had a full house for last night’s Sunday Sound and I meant to take some pics, but we were all so blissed out, that I forgot. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was able to capture a quick snapshot of the aftermath, as well as me and the last person to leave - the same person who at the height of her zen state, locked me out of the studio as we were saying goodbye 🤣🤪…ahhhh…memories.

Thank you both familiar and new faces for joining me for movement, introspection, and vibration. Our next Sunday Sound is July 12th.
