**Meet Gabriela Offering Massage Therapy at Alternative Skincare and Wellness

My name is Gabriela, and I’m so excited to introduce myself and share that I’ll be offering massage therapy services here at Alternative Skincare and Wellness.

I’ve been practicing massage therapy for over six years, specializing in therapeutic and clinical bodywork with a focus on pain management, nervous system regulation, and restoring balance within the body.

My approach blends trauma-informed touch, intentional bodywork, and client education to create sessions that are both restorative and purposeful. I believe massage is about more than simply addressing where we feel discomfort. It can also be an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with the body, and encourage greater communication between the mind and body.

Whether you’re looking for relief from chronic tension and pain, support with stress and nervous system regulation, or simply a space to slow down and restore, my goal is to meet you where you are and tailor each session to what your body needs.

I had the most amazing experience in a drum making ceremony. It was full of community, communing with the animals who gave us their hides, laughter, creativity, fun and sacred time with friends. The space that was held was so intentional and filled my heart with love and gratitude. I look forward to working with my drum baby and will hold these memories close to my heart forever.

I had the most amazing experience at Botnia’s training retreat! I loved being in community with like minded holistic estheticians sharing our passion and knowledge. Being immersed with the plants and learning about each one and how our skin benefits from them. Learning in their beautiful treatment room on the water in Saulsalito. Seeing how the products are made with so much love and care. Being at the lavender farm was a dream come true harvesting and preparing these beautiful plants to be ready for the products.

This is what true plant based skincare is from farm to face.

This is how skincare should be from nature because we are nature.

This is how supporting estheticians looks like to uplift and support one another by holding space and loving one another!
