Work Assessment - determining ability, stamina, and desire to meet work conditions; and,

Discovery - an in depth evaluation of employment goals and objectives. Tailored Day Services - providing individualized services to participants who are seeking specific supports that do not want to have a traditional service model.

FRW participant John Dupra was recognized by Riverside County Fleet Services as Employee of the Month for September. John serves as the Lead Auto Detailer for the FRW crew assigned to this contract. His responsibilities include driving County vehicles through the car wash and completing the final detailing to ensure each vehicle is clean and professionally presented.

Congratulations, John! Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and for representing FRW in such a professional manner. Your recognition reflects your commitment to excellence and makes FRW proud.

Assembly Concurrent Resolution (ACR) 232 has passed the California Assembly and Senate!

Thanks to the leadership of Assemblymember John Harabedian and co-author Senator Eloise Gómez Reyes, the State Legislature is officially declaring September 13-19, 2026 as Direct Support Professional (DSP) Recognition Week.

Direct support professionals show up every single day with compassion and dedication to Californians with disabilities and their families. This Resolution honors their skilled work and their vital role in our communities.

A huge thank you to all of the dedicated DSPs across California. We are so grateful to the Legislature for honoring your important work.
