Community Health Week reminds us that some of the most important medicine happens beyond the exam room.

Family physicians are uniquely positioned to care for entire communities! We know the importance of advocating for prevention, improving access to care, building long-term patient relationships, and addressing the social factors that impact health every day.

From newborn visits to chronic disease management, rural outreach to preventive screenings, Family Medicine continues to serve as the foundation of healthier communities.

This week, we celebrate the physicians, residents, students, nurses, and healthcare teams working tirelessly to make compassionate, comprehensive care accessible to all.
