Len has been training with me for the past 6 months and it’s been amazing to watch him progress in his mobility, balance, and strength progress! This has all been due to his consistency and hard work, I have only provided the structure and he shows up with the rest. I see the effect it’s had on his confidence. It truly is never too late to start and build from where you are!

The most rewarding part of my job is helping clients to move and feel better! No matter our age, it is imperative that we stay active in order to live a long and healthy life. Every person’s journey is unique, and I’m dedicated to meeting each client where they are, supporting them to progress safely and confidently toward their fitness goals.

I have been working with my client Gail for 2 months and have seen some huge improvements in his overall strength and stability. This is your sign that you are never too far in age to start being active! He is 90 years old and he gives it his all every time he comes in!

I had originally only posted this in my stories and then decided I would make a post because I felt that my client Marcello deserved for me to praise him on the amount of hard work, persistence, strong will, and just amazingly positive attitude he has! I also had many people message me to say that watching him at his age, being as strong as he is, motivates them to push harder. Without going too much into detail, he has had some huge challenges in the past year. The type that would make the average person feel as if there is no coming back, but he has worked hard to come back to being better than he was before all these circumstances.

It would be an understatement to say that he is one of my hardest working clients! I hope to one day be half as tough, both mentally and physically as he is! He always shows up and gives it everything he has. Which is a huge part of the reason why at 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝟕𝟐 he has the strength that he does. He has an amazingly positive outlook on life and is always challenging me in different ways. He does all of this while managing his own supplement business, being there for his kids, grandkids and a mentor to many others trying to be as successful as he has been in his life.

My client Marina has made some monumental changes and I have just helped to guide her journey. I am extremely proud of her for committing 110% to the plan and trusting me. She always works hard, no matter what! She not only kicks butt when it comes to lifting, she also literally kicks butt on her days that she trains at

She does all of this while juggling a full time job, her responsibilities as a mother, a wife, and training at for her Muay Thai gym. She is quite the amazing athlete and woman! I see her twice a week and for those two hours she digs deeps and pushes through everything I throw at her.

Feeling better but has no idea how good she's going to be feeling soon

Day 1, nervous and anxious for what is to come but ready to make the change

My client Christa has been working so hard to makes some huge changes in her health. When Christa first came to me about 3 months ago she was feeling swollen, bloated, and just felt tired all the time. She has two little ones at home and couldn’t find the energy to do all of the daily tasks, while still having enough energy to play with her daughters. Her physician had told her that she was pre-diabetic and she needed to get her blood sugar under control soon or the only other option would be that she would soon be on diabetic medications.

She had already been taking medication for other medical issues that she was having to deal with. These medical issues were causing her other ailments which she dealt with on a daily basis. She decide that it was time to make a drastic change and started by reaching out to me.

I’m happy to say that she has put in the work and followed my guidance to get to where she is today. I’m vey happy for her and she now has new goals that involve increasing her strength and not just getting out of pain and daily inflammation.

A few of you who follow me and I used to work with at Santa Anita Cheesecake Factory years ago might recognize this guy’s face right here. His face is probably the only thing you will recognize if you haven’t seen him in a few years because Tony has really done a full 180, and I am so incredibly proud of him for doing so! ⁣

Months before he stepped foot in the gym and I helped him by providing some tips on what he could start doing on his own. I knew he was serious, he had already dropped from 380 to 340 lbs on his own with some of my help.

About a year before that he came in he had been in a really bad accident in which he had broke his pelvis. He had to be rushed to the hospital, then went through physical therapy for 6 months before he could even walk. Last week he trekked a 15.5 mile at Mt. Wilson.

His journey is still not done but I felt the need to post this as a way to let him know how insanely proud I am of his hard work and dedication. Tony has gone from not caring about his health and just living the day to day life that full of stress and excuses that many people live, to one in which he does not miss a workout and his health is his ultimate priority. That dedication to his health will pay him now and for many years to come!

I am extremely proud of my client ! She has been working hard and it is paying off!

25lbs down and I am pretty darn proud of it. It hasn’t been easy! I have a long way to go but I am going to pause and be grateful 🙏🏼 I am grateful for my fam who has supported and encouraged me. I am grateful for Marcos who has been key to my weight loss and making getting healthy and fit attainable! From meal planning, personal training to encouragement and motivation! PT with is a game changer, here’s to the next -25! Thank you! And a selfie cuz I’m feeling good! 💃🏻

I always appreciate every single client that I have and that I’m able to help in same way, shape, or form. Amylynn always shows up and gives it her all no matter what else might be going on in her day! It’s always challenging but no one should ever show up for a workout and feel like it was easy.
