Sound healing makes me happy! Even more so when I get to share it with you, and help you feel a little better, lighter.

Did you know we offer free online sound baths every Wednesday evening at 5:30 PM? We gather for about 30 minutes to simply receive a relaxing, live sound bath to reset our nervous system. And it makes me happy that I get to support you in this way, through sound healing!

The Crown chakra is our connection to the planet and every other being on the planet through our higher selves and divine connections. It is our bridge to the cosmos, raising all of our chakra energies, pulling from the divine energy above. 
An open Crown chakra is where wisdom flows into us. It helps us understand and learn new information easily in our daily lives, during dream states, and from our higher selves, allowing us to make informed decisions more easily. With a clear and balanced Crown chakra we are more open-minded and thoughtful beings, connected and inspired through a strong sense of humanitarianism and devotion.
