WHY DO YOU REGAIN AL LOST WEIGHT?

Because only tracking weight is the worst indicator of what is really happening to your body.

ALSO TRACK THESE:

Grade your diet with the following points:

GLUTES: Any successful long-term diet will make your glutes BETTER, or at least not make them sag.

BREASTS: There are weight loss diets where you can even obtain firmer breasts. If they are not getting better, at least make sure they’re not getting saggy.

WAISTLINE: This is the most important point to check. Losing weight is not the same as losing waist, so measure it to make sure it’s going down.

ARMS: A weight loss diet should NEVER generate sagging skin. This is a clear indication that you are starving yourself, and starving is the main reason why you regain whatever you lost.

WEIGHT: You obviously have to check your weight, but if you obsess, you are almost guaranteeing that you will miss signs of starvation.

The bitter truth: most diets only make you lose muscle and not central fat.
