Today is officially my last day in the world of corporate healthcare!!
For 20+ years, being a nurse has meant wearing a lot of hats, working more than one job, juggling schedules, and always having somewhere else I needed to be.
But for the first time in my entire nursing career, I have ONE job.
And that job is Mila Gian. 🤍✨
I’m officially stepping away from my role as a Care Manager and stepping fully into being the owner and operator of Mila Gian Aesthetics — serving the community that has supported me, trusted me, referred their friends and family to me, and allowed this little dream of mine to become something so much bigger than I ever imagined.
There’s something incredibly surreal about realizing that I built a business that now gets to be my only job.
No more squeezing Mila Gian into the hours left over.
No more working one job while building another.
No more “someday.”
This is it. I’m all in. 🥹
I’m so grateful for every chapter of my nursing career that brought me here — and even more excited for what comes next.
Here’s to betting on yourself, building something you believe in, and getting to serve your community doing something you truly love. 🤍
