YogaWell Hi, I’m Tracy — owner of YogaWell in Random Lake. YogaWell Studio is located at 430 1st St. in Random Lake, WI. Yoga for every body.

RYT 200 yoga instructor, certified Chair Yoga + Restorative Yoga teacher, and certified Health, Life & Nutrition Coach. I help people examine their health while providing ongoing support and guidance to help you set personal goals and make sustainable changes that improve not only your physical health but your mental health too. There is a ton of contradictory nutrition advice and diets out there

and I will help you navigate a path that works best for you to make necessary changes. Because, it’s not very often a person gets an hour of personal attention discussing their health and nutrition goals with a professional? As a wellness coach, I create a comfortable and supportive environment that will enable you to achieve your health goals. I have studied many of the major dietary theories and I use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you. So, instead of creating a list of restrictions of good and bad foods, I coach clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of judgment. No ONE diet or fitness program works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you and I will also help you make gradual, lifelong changes and habits that help you reach your health goals.

A little something special for tomorrow morning. ☀️

Julie will be guiding Sunrise Beach Yoga at 6 AM and I’m so excited for you to practice with her.

One of the beautiful things about yoga is that every teacher brings something a little different. A different voice, a different energy, a different way of helping us slow down, breathe, move, and notice.

It’s always good to try something new and I’m so grateful Julie is sharing her time and heart with us.

Bring your mat, maybe a towel, and come as you are.

Hope everyone had a safe, fun holiday weekend celebrating America's birthday!

We're jumping into a full week at YogaWell and I'm so excited! There's a little something for everybody—from gentle movement to strength, Pilates, Nia, 2 sunrise beach sessions and more.

And we're wrapping up the week with Signature Facials by Shannon at the studio on Friday.

If my replies have been a little slower this summer, thank you for your patience.

Summer has a way of reminding me to slow down a little—to spend more time outside, on my mat and enjoy the people and places that fill my cup. I still check my messages, but I’m trying to spend a little less time on my screens and a little more time being present.
