Your certified cryotech tailors your session using one approach or a combination, along with movement of the treatment wand over the tissue.

From shoulders, legs, and arms to the neck and jaw, sessions focus on the areas needing attention.

Before your session, we’ll review your health history, discuss your goals, and help you understand what to expect. If you’re recovering from an injury or surgery, consult your doctor before booking.

Our time matters. So does your care. 💙

Being a spa doesn’t make us any different from another small business. Late cancellations and no-shows affect our income, our ability to meet payroll, and the availability of appointments for clients who need care.

When you book, we reserve that time specifically for you. When it goes unused without enough notice, we often can’t fill it.

We understand emergencies happen, and we try to be as flexible as possible. All we ask is that you communicate.

📞 Need to cancel? Please call. If we don’t answer, leave a voicemail AND send a text so we can verify when you reached out and follow up promptly. Cancellations are never accepted by email.

🤒 Feeling sick? Please stay home and call as early as possible. Early communication gives us more room to be flexible. Waiting until the last minute because you hoped you could make it still leaves an appointment we cannot fill, so the late cancellation fee will apply.

As a reminder:
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the service price
• No-show: 100% of the service price
• Call us after a missed appointment, and we’ll reduce the no-show fee to 50%

These policies help protect our team, our business, and access to care. We ask you to respect our time, just as we respect the time you spend with us.
