The Meadowlark Clinic will be closed March 20 through March 27.

During this time, limited staff will be available during the following hours:

· Monday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

· Tuesday: 9:00 AM– 5:00 PM

· Thursday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

We will resume normal business hours on Monday, March 30.

If you require a prescription refill, please contact your pharmacy and ask them to submit a refill request on your behalf.
