This award recognizes exceptional professionals who dedicate their careers to improving the child welfare system. As our local guardian ad litem (GAL), Ms. Martinez works to ensure all of our children are protected and thriving in our community by going above and beyond to advocate for abused, neglected, or vulnerable children.
