Katie and Perri are out at the Adaptive Adventures event at Curt Gowdy State Park! There are adaptive mountain bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, and rock climbing equipment! If you have a disability, they can help you learn how to do outdoor recreation. The event ends at 2:00 pm. Hope to see Rawlins out there!

FROG is working with the Bureau of Land Management and the International Mountain Bike Association to design and develop safe, nonmotorized biking (and hiking) trails. This is so important for safe recreation for children and adults in Rawlins alike. Please take this survey so that we can better assess and meet the recreation needs of our local community.

Our PT friend, Leanne Parks, will be coming to Rawlins once a month to provide therapy for pelvic health issues! Her first visit is next weekend and she will be operating out of our clinic space. This is a big deal for folks in Rawlins who normally have to travel to Laramie to see therapists who are adequately trained to provide such services.

Heads up to all of the thru hikers in the area currently - if you are injured, we offer free injury screenings at the Mobility Center. If you aren't sure if the injury is something you can just tough out, or whether it needs care immediately, we can help you determine the next steps.

We are also offering free popsicles.

Our usual open hours are Monday - Thursday 7 am - 6 pm, and Friday 8 am - 12 pm.
