A lot of the work behind Revitalize Hydration & Wellness happens long before a client walks through the door.

When I'm not in the clinic providing IV therapy, vitamin injections, wellness services, neurotoxin treatments, and lab draws, I'm working behind the scenes to improve your experience. Right now, I'm updating the website, refining processes, and creating a more streamlined service menu to make it easier for clients to find the services that best fit their health and wellness goals.

You'll also see expanded cash-pay lab draw and wellness testing options, along with a future move from Suite 5 to Suite 1 at 319 Salon Suites. Don't worry—Revitalize is staying in the same convenient Raymore location you know and love.

Behind every treatment is preparation, precision, and patient safety.

This week has been a reminder that wellness isn't just about IV infusions, vitamin injections, or optimizing your health—it's also about slowing down, stepping away from the daily demands, and giving your mind and body the opportunity to recover.
At the heart of Revitalize Hydration & Wellness is the belief that true wellness includes hydration, nourishment, stress management, nervous system regulation, movement, connection, and making time to simply breathe.
I've spent this week enjoying some much-needed time away with my husband, recharging my own batteries so I can return refreshed and ready to continue serving this amazing community.

A quick heads up! 🌴

Revitalize Hydration & Wellness will be closed June 3rd through June 10th while I take a much-needed, well-deserved vacation and spend some time recharging.

One thing I love about living in a smaller town community is finding little gems along the way.

I spotted the farm stand at Slow Grown Acres on my way home from work today and couldn't help myself.

This beautiful bouquet is coming back to Revitalize with me, and it'll be brightening up the office all week.
