🇺🇸 Happy Labor Day from Wyomissing Rehabilitation and Nursing Center!

We hope everyone has had a chance to enjoy some R&R today — whether with friends, family, or simply taking a little time for yourself.

In skilled nursing, our residents are still cared for around the clock. So today, we’re especially grateful for the dedicated staff spending part of their holiday with us 🫶🏼 from nursing, to dietary, activities, and beyond.

We see you. We appreciate you. And we hope some well-earned downtime is waiting for you, too.

A workout… with a side of laughter. 💚🥁

Today our clinical liaison had the privilege of leading another FREE Senior Fitness Class, courtesy of Wyomissing Rehabilitation & Nursing Center at Berks Encore in Reading.

Some favorite parts of these classes aren’t just the movement—it’s the conversations that happen along the way and people hearing the music and deciding to join us.

Today’s highlights included:
💬 “Woah… this IS a workout!”
🎶 “Bring some R&B next time!” 😂
🥊 “Oh yes—this is like punching! I needed this!”
There was plenty of laughter, a little sweat, and a whole lot of joy.

Exercise doesn’t have to feel intimidating. When we combine music, movement, and community, fitness becomes something people actually look forward to.
